Reflections by AquaLady

Diagnosis: Soft tissue mass projecting over esophagus at midthyroid level, essentially completely occupying the esophagus but appearing to emanate along the right margin of the lumen. The esophagus narrows completely at this level but appears in caliber from the midclavicular head level distally, though associated with areas of concentric thickening as below.

In other words...there's something stuck in my throat!
